We have only had Kenmore washers, but we decided on this washer because of the drive motor having a 10 year warranty. We love the washer, it washes our clothes great, and it has a nice hand wash cycle for my blouses. Best buy didn't have it on the floor for us to see so we went across the street, at home depot, then ordered it at best buy. It was on sale and their warranty is better!

The deep wash still awful, washer is noisy again not what we would expect. All cycles are slow moving doesn't create enough suds for the wash to look like the clothes are being clean. The clothes don't have that fresh smell like our old Kenmore. The loads again doesn't matter even on light take at least a hour to wash which is crazy!

The clothes seem to come out smelling fresher and feeling softer than with our old machine.

But, this product was one of the most finished product that i have ever seen by an American brand. Maytag has spent a quality time in designing this machine. The clear view window is fun to watch when it is working. The sound is minimal and it does not jump while in its job. Nice quality drive basket and it is backed by a 10 year limited warranty.
