It has a really hard time balancing a large load of clothes which is what its made for. It bangs around as it tries to spin out it walks across my floor. It sounds like its goung to explode. Then it will stop put more water on to try to balance it out and repeat the whole process again and again. Ive had geek squad out here and said everything is fine. I just want it replaced at tbis point.

My daughter and I are both 5'3" or under, and we needed a set that we both could get clean clothes out of the washer easily. Washer and dryer work beautifully and not very loud. Very glad we chose the pair.

It seems to toss the clothes nice and they come out nice. If you don’t get them out right away it tosses them for a few seconds so they don’t get wrinkled. The bad thing about that is that you can’t go to bed with it still going. There might be a way to turn that feature off though. I just haven’t read to see if that’s true.
