Took a minute to get used to, I only wish the lid didn't lock. It wS difficult to adjust the balance of the load when it was unbalanced during the spin cycle because you can't open the lid. I had the cancel the cycle, then rebalance the clothes. Other than that. Love my washer

I like the no agitator and it cleans really well. It also has a large wash basket that can take a very large load. (No pun intended) I like the clear top to see inside during the wash cycle.

I gave a four star only because I don't like the amount of water used to wash the clothes. However, the Maytag is one of the best in my opinion.

None of them held up like my old Maytag had. I tried the other brands and came back to Maytag - truly a good basic machine with nice features and DIALS not fancy electronics. This machine is great, clothes come out beautifully and it provides many options on type of cycle to use. Love it!!

See the photo. Some cycles take 1 hour and 25 minutes, shameful.

I have to run My dryer longer. Maybe I have to do another spin/rinse. Aside from that very happy.
