I just love the window so you can see your clothes get washed. The fabric softener is automatic. Just walk away from the machine - no more running to add softner . This machine is made in America. I don't buy anything made in China.

I've had traditional + front loading HE washers + due to my neck + back so I was ready for top loading HE washer. Did a lot of research! This fit my space (note it is not as deep as other washers) + has lots of options for different types of loads. I use it daily. No problems at all. It gets all my clothes, blankets, comforters, towels, delicates, jeans, sheets, everything clean the first time! No issues at all! As far as the sound, it depends on where it is in the house. Mine is in the kitchen / living open area so I spend a lot of time near it. It is, of course, louder than front loader + a bit louder than my friends' top loader (other brands). I am fine with it. Perhaps youtube one + see how you are with the sound before buying if you believe the location it is + sound would be a concern. It does not have the ability to control by app. LOVE the soak option! LOVE able to add things as it is not locked the entire time. LOVE so many addtl cycle options: hot water wash, extra rinse option, bulky items, hand wash, cold wash, etc LOVE the visual of cycle timeline display. LOVE the see-thru lid. Didn't think I would like it, but I do enjoy it. It does not have a stated "Quick Wash" option, but it does have a cold wash option which I believe is close to the same. Love it! Am very happy with this washer so far. I did get the Bestbuy warranty to go with it.

They make them bigger than they used to. This top load is very washer efficient unless you use the bulky load. I am extremely pleased with water conservation, clothes cleanliness and time per load.

A bit hard to remember what each setting is. I'm use to normal and select a time and load size. This is all calculated for you. Will take some time to remember what settings spin on high or low.

No problems yet. I love the Maytag commercial series. They seem very sturdy. Water collects in the detergent tray at the end of each cycle, so make sure to empty out to dry.

Maytag washer disappointed

It leaves your clothes all wrinkled. Very disappointed and we had the store pick up the washer and replaced for a front load maytag which is working great!

Installation was a breeze, the guys come and go in less than 15 mins. They did arrive 45 mins late without calling us at all. The glass top is a bonus.
