My old Maytag washer stopped after 30 years of constant use. Although it was repairable, I deserved a new machine! This new Maytag washer is fantastic! The impeller so gentle on the fabrics, while getting my laundry so clean. I love this.

all we need and I love that it has an option that is NOT water economic - sometimes we need water to wash our clothes.

This is an amazing Washer. The most impressive feature is a one button press for start, just put the clothes press the play button and the water level will be setup automatically. Also very smooth and quiet.

All I can really say is that it works better than that last litter box of a washing machine I got from best buy

I really like this washer/dryer combo. The washer is great and I'd give it 5 stars but its a little slow. I'd def purchase again

I like the see though lid so I can see what is going on inside. I also like that it has a fabric softener compartment.

This washer is just average at best. Even when following the manufacture’s recommendation on best settings for washing jeans or heavy pants, I have to use less than the minimum amount of my HE detergent and have to have the extra rinse cycle on and even then they still will sometimes have white residue remaining on them. It’s very frustrating and time consuming to have to have to re-wash pants and jeans due to the residue left behind.

this maytag works great..my wife id happy with purchase and performance of machine..this is first washer with flat washing wheel at bottom...wife was hesitant on it...she is ok with the little wheel at bottom

I bought this washer because it had a big basket. During the first wash, I noticed that the basket only filled about 6 inches of water. I had geek squad come take a look at it and found out that's how this washer is.

Although this washer is a HE washer, I find that it runs so much longer than my 1990s Maytag (RIP). It uses a lot less water and does not have the center agitator. This was a big change and I was uncertain to the operation. Washing seems to be fine, or at least I am not aware of it not being able to clean (my clothes aren't so soiled). My machine vibrates strongly, but may just be unlevel. Three cold settings seem strange.

I bought a front loader washing machine in 2013, and I was never happy with it. My clothes never got clean. Also I live in a modular home and it made my home shake. I love the one I got at Best Buy, it's a top loader and it cleans my clothes.

We owned this model previously and were happy with how it operated so we bought this same model for the new home we just moved into. We have a smaller laundry room in the new home so the 27" depth worked well.

Got a better than average deal on this washer as it was a return works fine just takes some time to get used to no agitater

I had a Kenmore before. It broke within the first year of use. I got this Maytag product and I really love it. I love the glass window that allows me to look at my clothes while they are being washed.

Washer works well but is a little noisy. Still getting used to it.

I did not realize there isn"t very much water when washing clothes. I guess this is what high efficiency means. It's not what I expected but does clean clothes good. I just worry about motor, electricity used and beating my clothes around without much water. It does seem to woek good but not what I expected. I think it would be good for someone who lives in the desert.

Very nice wash machine update replacing a 14 year old one. Washes very well and 11 cycles gives more options. In error I reviewed the dryer with comments for the washer. The dryer has been very nice as well and cloths dry much quicker ...

Very large wash tub.But clothes only got fully wet on bulky.Wash and spin cycles are Very loud.
