Really simple for consumer use. I would really recommend to someone.

Washing machine is a nice unit & only drawback is the length of the wash cycle. It takes a little longer.

The washer works well without much noise and is energy efficient also uses minimal laundry detergent

Works as advertised, clothes come out clean and nearly dry. Only recommendation is to use Tide pods instead of liquid detergent, dark clothes occasionally had detergent spots when using liquid soap

I love my new Maytag washing machine. The sensor function is great and will help me with my water bill and electric bill. It's also very attractive in my laundry room along with the matching dryer.

This washer failed before it is even 3 years old. Maytag claims it has commercial grade technology. I'd like to know where. It started agitating very slow and making a grinding noise during the wash cycle. Thank God i purchased the geek squad protection plan. The agent said it is more than likely the clutch assembly. We purchased the Maytag because they use to be known for quality. I guess that went down the drain when Whirlpool bought them. Have to be without a washer for a week before they can come out. Have to order the parts. No more Maytag and no more Whirlpool. Such a shame. Our previous Kenmore washers last for many years before they went out.

I don't like that the water level is so low. You need a second rinse on some loades.

So far, it's been great. It's quiet and I'm happy that I made the purchase.

Been using the washer for about a month. Haven't had any problems with it. Cleans clothes good.

This washer is not even 2 years old. Needs a new motor among other parts worn out already. Repairman said he could not believe how bad this was built and it looked 10 yrs old inside instead of less than 2. Is noisy and vibrates terribly. Contacted Maytag and was told I should have bought an extended warranty. I was told that they could get a repair facility to look at it but the repair facility they use would not set up an appt as they said they were overbooked. So now I have to purchase a washer again. WILL NOT BUY MAYTAG

First time owning an impeller type washer. Happy with it so far.

Very satisfied with our new washer so far it has all the features we needed at a good price.

So far, so good. I've heard varying feedback about the nature of this type of washer but it seems to do a good job. Plus I save a little on electricity costs compared to a regular washer.

This washer works great. It goes through the cycles like it's supposed to. It also doesn't become unbalanced with just a pair of jeans like our Samsung washer (re-called) did. We don't have to worry about it. Great!

Good washer but feel like it tears up my towels into shreds .
