Too much starting and stopping. I never know when it's completely done too much running up and down the stairs to the basement checking up on it. Very inconvenient and time-consuming.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Poly filled comforters are partially washed and rinsed, even though there is plenty of room for them. As the tub fills with water, air caught in the poly fibers within the comforters rises to the top, taking with it a portion of the comforter. That part does not get washed or rinsed as it floats to the top during the wash and rinse cycles and the impeller mechanism is unable to rotate the comforter to the bottom. Do not recommend it if your intention is to wash bulky bedding. Better off with the higher capacity agitator washers for that. All other clothing type is washed adequately. One excellent feature of these Maytag washers is the Powerwash option, outstanding performance. Since I bought this washer mostly for the bulky items I rate this washer fair as it fails miserably as described above.
