Nice large machine, but it's quite loud. Good for basement.

The service and selection were outstanding. I had a problem with the stabilizers and the washer was replaced efficiently and with great customer service.

Been in use for about a month. So far so good. Washed my king comforter like a charm.

Gets clothes clean. Holds a ton even comforters. Has great bulky/sheet and deep water wash settings in addition to high efficiency. Gets things much cleaner than a front loader.

I was hoping this simple machine would be a good option for my husband and I. My husband works in a carpenter shop so his clothes are dusty and dirty. The first load I washed of his work clothes came out with a dirty muddy residue smeared all over them. I watched the clothes through the glass lid and many items never moved from the top of the pile. The water does not load enough in this machine to properly wash the clothes. Plus the machine was loud and clunky and it doesn't have an end of cycle chime which is important to me. We returned it after just 3 days.

This was a strange machine...started wash on a normal cycle with extra rinse clothes came out dry on top and wet on the bottom. Did other types of cycle washes still clothes came out half washed, tub didn't drain properly. Best Buy was kind enough to exchange it for a different brand at no cost. Very happy Best Buy customer because the manager was willing to take the extra step in giving exceptional customer care.

This system allows me to clean bigger loads in less time. This was a sound investment.

After 2 years, the unit still run reliably. I'm please with the purchase.

So far so good. Maytag has always given us good machines and with the discount that best buy gives us so far we are happy. My wife tells me that they are easy to use. time will tell.

Great washing machine, works efficiently and smoothly uses less water and not all noisy. It was installed on 1st week of Aug'19. Extremely happy with this purchase!

Have always found Maytag products to be good and dependable. Have had this washing machine for several weeks and has been working very well !! Best Buy service in store and delivery was great !!

Was a little skeptical on the product before I bought it. It does the job it needs to.

The delivery was exactly the scheduled day. So far it works perfectly well. I do not really like the amount of water she collects. But, wash your clothes well and that's the important thing.

Used for a senior so it needed to be lower to ground and not too many complex settings

I love the size of the washer as it can fit a lot of clothes. I was concerned about getting a washer that didn't have a agitator but I am impressed with how clean it gets the clothes

Wasn't sure how I would like a clear lid where I could see my clothes washing! The machine works wonderfully and senses just how much water is needed with the load placed inside.

This is a good looking machine with a see through top and no wringer for clothes to get caught up in. All of the dials are easy to use and Maytag has a 10 year warranty I believe on parts.
