It was also very finicky if u didn't put the clothes in just right it didn't balance or spin. When it worked it worked great though.

We bought it because our old one would make extremely loud noises when it washed but I would rather have it back than this one. This washer does not clean the clothes. They come out just as dirty as they went in half the time. Half of the time the washer will not even start washing. And it does not do it’s clean cycle it is supposed to. Very disappointed
