When it was installed no one told me anything about leveling it. The installers didn't level the machine. It would "walk" around when in the spin cycle. About a week after the one year warranty expired the machine quit working altogether. Thankfully they gave me a grace period and repaired the washer for free. It would have cost over $500 to repair. The computer quit working. The repair guy said he had lots of appointments for this machine. They just quit working. So he fixed it...it was fine, he leveled it so it didn't walk around when spinning. Yay! TODAY... it was "walking" big time! Now the spinning function is broken. I'm not paying to get this fixed again. Don't buy this machine. They even admit it's a lemon!
