I don't normally do reviews but just had to do it. Since day one, this washing machine does not fill enough water. The water level sensor is terrible, half of the load stays dry or slightly damp with soap still on it. Now we don't even fill 1/4 of the drum. If a person does not pay attention and places the clothes (still saturated with soap) clothes, bedding, etc. into a dryer everything will be ruined. The only solutions 1. Is to clean loads and rinse at least two times to get anything near wet. 2. only 1/4 quarter fill with clothes, etc. 3. Use approx one ounce or less of clothes detergent. do not use fabric softener. 4. be prepared to replace the washing machine. After dealing with the problem for a length of time we GIVE UP! and are ready to replace this machine.
