Very happy with this purchase. Bought the stacking kit for the dryer to be on top as we needed the space, hope to someday un-stack it, as its loud when washer is in spin mode, as the whole unit shakes pretty bad ha, but knew it wouldn't be the quietest. Don't regret the buying decision on washer and dryer.

Probably the most powerful cleaning washing machine on the market. It does not have the sanitize function but does have steam and coupled with how powerful the machine is lack of a dedicated sanitization setting is more than compensated for. It does occasionally misrepresent the time taken for a load (for example, 1 minute left will be displayed for like 5 minutes) but it is because the machine is trying to get rid of the last few suds. It always fixes itself though, so not a deal-breaker.

I have had no issues with my new washing machine since I purchased it a month ago.

I hate this washer. Don't buy it. The wash cycles take a ridiculous amount of time. It goes into overbalance way to easily compared to my last Maytag, to the point that I am reducing loads by 1/2 to 3/4 of what I used to do. If you have a large family you could actually run out of time in a week to do all of your laundry because of the reduced load and the long cycle times. And now for the kicker, I washed a load of cloths and then the washer controls went dead. Nothing, unplugged it for a half hour and plugged it back in, still nothing. It's dead and I have to fiddle around now with service appointments.

My washer and dryer started leaking during virus lockdown. Mike at BB patiently went through all the washers immediately available and located a floor model for me at a great price, advising me of pick up discounts. Within an hour I was there and they promptly loaded it carefully in my van (a tight fit!) The units work great and I am a very happy customer!

I love this washer. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because you have to hold the start button to the count if 3 before it turns on. I’m sure for those of you with kids that it’s a great feature. But I don’t like it. Good machine for the price and lots of options.

Great washer easy to use and very attractive love Maytag

I'm submitting this review about 9 months in. I like the look, works as expected. It's a little louder tgan my Samsung. It takes a little getting used to the countdown for it to start a cycle. It senses the heat from your finger rather than the pressure of it.

Great product I only give it a 4 star in the value category because I missed the sale and had to pay full price. Very easy to use

Everything was ok except there was not enough user documentation and explanation of how to use the washer and the explanation of the different options. Why is there not a Maytag website that one can get free user manuals You have to buy the manuals Otherwise the purchase was great
