I purchased this for a four bedroom vacation rental which requires a lot of laundry. These are the things I dislike: 1. The spin cycle does not remove the water like it should, leaving the clothes very wet so that the dryer takes far too long to dry. 2. The normal cycle and the speed cycle leave blankets and sheets feeling like they still have quite a bit of soap requiring an extra rinse. 3. The cycles are ridiculously long - up to 2 hrs 57 mins to wash one load. This is the worst appliance purchase I have ever made.
