Washer Dead after 6 months

The wash cycles take a ridiculous amount of time. It goes into overbalance way to easily compared to my last Maytag, to the point that I am reducing loads by 1/2 to 3/4 of what I used to do. If you have a large family you could actually run out of time in a week to do all of your laundry because of the reduced load and the long cycle times. And now for the kicker, I washed a load of cloths and then the washer controls went dead. Nothing, unplugged it for a half hour and plugged it back in, still nothing. It's dead and I have to fiddle around now with service appointments.

The Start button is a fairly tricky hold one finger for 3-2-1. Been almost a year and still a pain. The chime/alarm is also not that loud on the loudness setting. No chance of hearing it if the TV is on.

Was not happy and Best Buy tried their best to make it right for us. Maytag had always been our go to product but not sure after this experience.
