The washer gets the job done but boy is it loud. I can hear it shaking on the ground from the other room with the door closed. It's not worth the money, go ahead and get a less fancy washer. You'll never use the special features of this one, and you'll get a more solid product.

Great product for a great customer service price is fair and store pickup is accurate I would recommend this to someone looking for a Maytag made in USA product it has 10 year warranty it looks great to I have never had a Maytag product it has great reviews.

The Washer rattles when spinning not very good build. The detergent drawer makes a lot of noise The pedestal drawer makes a lot of noise when in operation. The On/Off button not in a very good place and is turned off more often accidentally.

Terrible do not buy! The machine worked for first month but never really spun the water out of the clothes which we thought was strange but we were desperate for a washer and had to deal with it then it started getting to the point it would spin forever and never drain. We had technician come diagnose said the drain pump and drain hoses were bad and need to replace but parts are back ordered indefinitely so I’ve been three months with this brand new non working washer that I can’t return and can’t get repaired to work? How is this fair?

I love my new Maytag washer. It is quiet, has 10 different cycles with temp, spin, and soil level adjustments as well as steam. I’ve washed delicates, permanent press, cottons, towels and all have come out wonderfully!

The two men who delivered my washer and dryer, hauled away my old washer and carried my old dryer to the garage were very courteous and professional. Because of COVID they wore their mask the entire time. I was very pleased with their service.

Third delivery went smoothly, first and second delivery of same item did not go well, very unprofessional squad.

It's the closest match I could find to a Maytag 5000 series (which I bought ten years ago). It's almost as nice, only the components seem a bit cheaper.

I love the way it gets my clothes clean. It also spins the clothes so well that they do not take long to dry.

I've had this washing machine for about a year and a half and I'm very happy with it. This is my first front-load washer and it cleans much better than my old top-loader and uses much less water.

Great product but disappointed that the steam function takes a long time and that is why I bought this machine. Dissapointing that I paid for a feature that I am not using.

I love this front loader washer. It has so many cycles dedicated to my different clothing types. The extra power function is nice as well to add a little more time to my dedicated functions. I am so happy I chose the Maytag brand.

I have only had this washer for a few weeks, but so far I love it! I have used almost all of the settings and my laundry has come out beautifully every time. The quick wash is my new best friend for doing my work tops.

Don't be fooled; this is NOT a Maytag! My former machine died, and I had tenants sharing my house, and with the pandemic and everything, I did only a brief survey of washers, but came from a family of Maytag buyers, so thought I couldn't go wrong. Big mistake!! This is made by Whirlpool, whose reputation has greatly declined. Upon further research I found out that Mr. Maytag was forced into an untenable situation, and had to take the buyout from Whirlpool, who then fired all the lifelong Maytag employees, and moved what was left of the company to their own factory. It's all online, but I hadn't read it until several months after the purchase. This knock-off is the nosiest, most slap-dack design of any machine I've ever encountered. Buyer beware!
