After 3 visits from a technician, 4 replacement parts and calls directly to Maytag, we are now being advised that the issue is that we do not have a hot water intake, rather cold water going into both. We do not use hot water for laundry, have never used a hot water cycle. Refusing to repair under 12 month warranty. ("10 years for parts???") Had no issues for 9 months, now it's a "problem with the way it is hooked up." Won't buy another Whirlpool/Maytag product.

I shipped to Mexico and didn't work. I called whirlpool customer service they sent a technician he performed an inspection and the main card wasn't working. They can't repair that because I bought it in best buy. They will repair it if I have bought it in any other store but best buy. Now I have to ship it back to the US and they will reimburse what I paid for it. But at the end I'm going to end up paying more for the shipping than the actual cost of the washer.
