The first repair was in June 2021. The machine would stop mid-cycle and not start up again. It needed to be unplugged to start again. If the cycle finished the clothes were soaking wet, not spun out properly. Three more repairs were made in December 2021 and January 2022. Finally in mid-January they decided to replace the machine. The second one stopped mid-cycle on the first load. We returned the second machine and are trying a different brand.
