I have called twice and it is a balancing issue and I have keep the keep the door open after I wash a load of dirty clothes. Then keep the dispensary drawer open as well? The dispensary drawer retains so much water afterwards. I wish I never bought this pair.

And Maytags response was to not use the normal or quick wash cycles. What’s the point of this washer then? They also said it was our floor when we’ve never had issues with any other washer.
