This machine works very well and is quiet enough so a bit to be heard while speaking on the phone. The capacity is also large than expected which is a major plus ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really enjoy this washer. Easy to use, really easy to understand the buttons. I noticed there is pay easy settings and holds alot of clothes.

Positive: The tub is bigger then i thought. The negative is its louder then my last washer, throughout the whole wash. Its in my kitchen, same brand as my last washer, maytag.

Garbage at its best! Modern robbery!!! 4 years have passed and washer wouldn't fill. I called my local repair man and he said it was the mother board. I swapped 4 mother boards and it didn't fix my issue. Stay away from anything having a sensor/sensing system.

Works great and does just what I want. Love being able to independently choose heat and water level. 2negatives: VERY noisy when water filling and no end cycle notification like my old Maytag.

so far so good. We were sad that our old Whirlpool washer was beyond repair since they don't make appliances like they used to but I have been pleasantly surprised at how much I like this Washer. The tub is HUGE and the spin cycle really spins the water out of the clothing. I run my dryer on shorter time because clothing comes out just damp. The only negative so far is that you cannot open once cycle has started without pausing the wash cycle but not really a huge deal. I also wish I could start to fill the washer with water and detergent before putting clothing in like I did with my old one. I have to put detergent and clothing in then close and start. other than those minor issues its been great. Delivery service with Best Buy was also great. Very knowledgeable and professional delivery guy.

I purchased this Washer to replace a previous Maytag washer that ran for about a Decade. My decision was heavily based on the experience with the previous washer working well. I have owned this Washer for 6 months and it has worked for 2 of those months. It worked for the first month poorly making loud noises and refusing to run due to “load out of balance” then every drive part failed and that took nearly 2 months to get serviced by Maytag’s warranty. After being fixed it worked for about another month then the control panel and all the electronics failed. I’m now 1+ month into waiting yet again for parts to come in and the appliance be serviced. The concerning part is the components that are being replaced are not revised improved parts. They’re simply the same poorly designed and made parts that failed the first time and will undoubtedly fail again. I will after this experience never buy another Maytag Product.

Machine is affordable and does the job. I gave a 4 bc it doesn't have all the bells and whistles. (clear top, time indicator, soap dispenser) Not sure if missed items can be loaded after it starts. Dose add extra water, but how much?

Works fantastic!!! Love the large tub. Was able to wash a queen size quilt!! But makes some clicking noises...i guess it is suppose to do so. It has been 23 years since i purchased my last Maytag washer, i know that things change! : )

We replaced a Maytag washer that we had been using for 44 years. It finally rusted out. Wish I had done more research on the new Maytag. It sounds like it is about ready to take off for Mars. it is so loud. For a solid hour it complains loudly. My old washer was quiet but inefficient. The new Maytag is supposed to be efficient and use water wisely. I hope so. It also manages to tangle my wash into knots. I have to be really careful regarding how I load it. Oh well. It does clean my clothes. Just wish I had shopped around a little more and maybe gotten a washer that was a lot quieter.
