With its cavernous capacity, it will be interesting to see what my monthly water consumption would be. The controls are pretty easy to figure out. The detergent application is totally different from what we’re used to, but the laundry has come out very clean.

FIFTH WASH AND the washer would not vontinue to rinse. It just paused and got stuck. We tried unplugging it and pressing start but it would mot reset nor unlatch the washer lid. Had to go yo YouTube and get suggestions of codes and after many attempts the door released. We had to manually pour tge water out and removed the drenched laundry. I returned the washer.

One of the only things I would have engineered to be easier is the starting system. But the machine does a wonderful job. Oh, would have liked a little buzzer or something to notify me when the job was complete.

Other than that its been a good washer for the price. Hoping Geek Squad can repair it since i paid for the protectionplan.

Everything happened as promised. The delivery went off without a problem. They were on-time, fast, efficient, and hauled away the old washer. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
