I had a more expensive model without one, but blankets always got bundled and set it off balance. The start up is a little counterintuitive but one quickly adapts.

This cleans well even with large loads, operates quietly, and has all of the settings you need to meet the laundry needs of an active family. Great value!

Gets clothes very clean. I went through (2) brand new GE washers that never worked right out of the box so I had Best Buy bring me this Maytag instead and I love it.

Washer delivery

I was able to take care of the installation myself because there is a truck to the valves that I later remembered. The men were nice and professional and they even had a supervisor try to insall the lines but the valves had a certain way that I remembered later. The delivery men were great and did a great job.
