We bought this in March and it’s already broken. We have geek squad. Washer has already broken, and manufacturer warranty is joke. They only have two repair companies in our entire tri-county area and neither can come out for 3 weeks. Washer quit mid cycle and will not drain. We are having to shop vac dirty water out and wait 3 weeks for a technician from the repair company… a company that has no website, social media presence, email address or anything, just a cellphone that no one answers. Geek squad warranty is useless until manufacturer warranty expires. I’m extremely disappointed with this washer, the manufacturer warranty, and Best Buy’s geek squad protections. I spent all day yesterday on the phone trying to get clarity on what to do. Nightmare customer service all around.

When washing bulky loads the auto sensor doesn’t seem to work, so when big or bulky loads the max water option must be put on, and also The softener fixture has to add water, I didn’t Notice that when I bought his washer, ugh

Replaced my 20 y/o washer its was like space age modern compared to that. Love the stainless basket that is important in my neck of the woods because it wont rust out.

Excellent and durability for the price. Very impressed by the quite wash. Best buy has brands of quality that i trust.

This one was recommended by my repair technician. Not many bells and whistles; however, less things to go wrong. It runs fairly quietly and does the job!

So far it’s fine. Of course it is, it’s brand new. I gave it only 4 stars because I hate that you can fill the water with the lid up. I like to rinse my liquid detergent out under the running water. And along the same lines, I wish I could open it to add items while it’s filling or agitating.

Unfortunately, I'd recommend considering a different brand for a washer. After 2 years some parts that turn the agitator broke and Maytag would not replace or repair them. I had purchased this largely on the Maytag name, but that turned out to be a mistake that a $700 washer would break and a company focused on reliability would not make good on it. Sadly, a buyer has to beware of the durability of this product!

Great value for the price.. we always take out the extended warranty and it paid off on this purchase.

Machine is terribly loud and shakes with the smallest load. Apparently, there’s nothing that can be done about it.

Delivery was on time however only washer was opened from packaging not dryer, Washer for some reason had water in it. Not sure if it was another customer rejection or in store model.

Washer is too fancy with features that have nothing to do with washing clothes. When I buy a washer, I expect it to quickly wash, rinse and spin. This machine has long delay periods between cycles, takes more than hour and a half to complete, and has super long spin cycle. Worse it has a delay to open the door when it's finished washing. If I have more than one load, that is the end of my day. The old school washers simply got the job done fast, and you're on your way. I will never buy one again.

BUYER BEWARE! Our Maytag washer lasted less than 4 years! When I contacted Maytag, they said they would not cover the labor for the warranty. They would also charge us $149 just to diagnose the problem. An independent repair person said it would cost over $600 to fix and to just get a new one. When I told Maytag how disappointed I was in their product, they just said "sorry we lost you as a customer." I will not ever buy another Maytag product again! Do not be fooled by their advertising that they stand behind their products, they absolutely do not!

Did not include instructions in Spanish. Need instructions in Spanish
