Performance good so far after a few loads. Like the big drum but does seem to be a big louder. Would be irritating if placed in open area vs. closed room/basement.

I was so excited only to have issues right away. There is an issue with the lid locking system and the control panel. Waiting for service to arrive and hopefully they can fix the issues we've been having.

Does everything it says it does. The full water option along with the "pet hair / lint trap built into the top of the agitator is amazing and simple to clean.

The delivery guys were great and very polite, Best Buy has great employees.

Don’t buy - terrible machine Best Buy no help

Also Maytag is terrible. I got a repair man out and the next day his company closed down. And then when I tried to get May taxes to send me another repair man, they said they have no one else available in San Antonio, Texas because that was the only company they used. And now I have to wait an additional 3 to 5 days before they vet somebody. I’m also extremely disappointed in Best Buy because they’re doing nothing to help me whatsoever. I would never buy a Maytag or anything from Best Buy again

Within 5 months, we’re already having to deal with the splutch getting replaced - the unit started making this God awful noise that you could hear outside of the house while our laundry room is inside and all laundry is done with doors closed. And while waiting to get the splutch replaced, something happened with the gears and grease everywhere. Apparently 3 visits then Whirlpool replaces the unit - our repair guy was trying to say this will technically be “one visit.” I will fight otherwise. Extremely frustrated right now.
