Definite upgrade from our LG front loader. This one hasn’t gotten smelly at all like front loafers do. All the water drains out, and the basin is HUGE! All the wash cycles are a big plus, too.

This washer works really good and has plenty of options with 11 cycles. Had to replace one just like it that was a few years old. Purchased the 5 year best buy warranty on this one.

My issue is not with the product. This product is fine for someone choosing it, BUT I Chose a Maytag without an agitator. They brought me the one with an agitator. I have several antique quilts given to me by my mother and an aunt who passed away last year. I don't want to take them to a public laundry for the same reason I did not want an agitator. I want to wash them with care sans agitator which may tear and also brings more resistance on the material causing them to wear out quicker.

This washing machine works perfectly. I wish Best Buy sold a smaller cubic foot though. I seem to be washing small loads every time.

Great iPad bought for my grandson for Christmas. I checked it out and works great. He hasn't used it yet as it is a gift for Christmas.

Moved back to a washer with an agitator from a front loader. This washer does the job very well. We can still was large loads and large bedding items in this washer even with the agitator. This washer is a bit noisier than our front loader but ours is in a laundry room so it is not very noticeable in other areas of the house.

The matching sales price, extended warranty, and helpfulness of the salesperson contributed to the decision of making the purchase. Although reviews claimed it is too noisy, I disagree. The agitator and deep soak feature are key.

This washer can wash a lot of clothes at once. Makes less noise than my 20 year old washer. Uses a lot less water also.

My family was struggling with a high efficiency washer that was only 3 years old. It simply wasn't cleaning the clothes. It was so frustrating for all of us, we had to wash such small loads, we were endlessly washing laundry all hours of the day/night/week/month. We got this beauty, and we are so impressed and relieved. We can wash a normal size load, get clean clothing and save water and money. This is just the best washer we have owned. It is a workhorse...gentle on delicate and tough on construction worker/dirty ,dirty man clothing! Maytag will now be our first choice in appliances.

We loved the Maytag features from the start. It was just deciding where to buy it. The guys from Best Buy installed and explained the functions on both the washer and dryer. These units do a lot and are quiet.

This washer so far has owned up to its value...it cleans your clothes very well...if it can clean my work clothes, then it's definitely a buy...mind you I work in an oil refinery... try it and you won't be disappointed.

Cleans well, runs efficiently. Several control options some which contradict each other. Overall good running machine

I had a LG WaveForce no agitator just jets of water preasure, I hated it. I missed a washer with agitation. This one is excellent. Clothes come out very clean with minimal wrinkling. Another thing I hated about the LG

It's a few weeks old. Trying to figure out the best cycles. So far so good. It holds a lot of clothes .

It is easy to override the water sensing just by selecting the different wash cycles. Washes great I am very happy with my choice. I reviewed many different brands and liked this one the best.

was skeptical buying new washer again. my old of 17 years still run good but was showing age. I read all reviews. needed a quiet one like my last and wanted a fast spin. my last washer spun so fast clothes were near dry. loved it. wanted same, this is close, speed little slower but does good job. like adjustable water heights, hard to find in washer now. like lid that does not just fall down when done. it pretty much fit bill for everything i was looking for. sale price helped. would buy again.

From the smallest load of delicates to our bed covers and blankets this machine handles the job to a tea.

This was an excellent purchase, low price and great performance so far! However it is a little noisy but not unbearable.

Works great ! I read reviews that it was loud , but this one is not. The only complaint that my wife had, is that the tub is too big . Got my short wife a step stool and problem solved.

I love my new washing machine. I missed having an agitator with our previous machine. The saleswoman was very helpful and the delivery was on time and professional. Very good experience from start to finish
