I replaced a Maytag washer that was very noisy and made a knocking sound with this Maytag model and I am very happy with it. Washes the clothes very well and has a big drum to handle blankets. Very happy

I love this washer it is very sleek and modern looking, very large capacity. Highly recommend, has many functionalities and options for rinse heavy duty loads etc.

I have had this washing machine about three weeks and so far I am pleased with it. It cleans much better than my last one.

So far, so good. We had bought the Samsung 2019 model without the agitator - what a pain with load balancing. Get a model with an agitator if you’re going to get a top loader.

I had previously purchased a Bottom Washer since it was the newer fancy trend, but decided to go back with Top Washer with agitator because it works best.

We are very happy with this washing machine. We are able to put a large amount of clothes in the washer without issue and the alerts for finishing a cycle are much nicer than our older unit. Very happy.

I bought this washing machine after doing a lot of research. Front loader vs top loader. Agitator vs no agitator. I must say I am pleased with the product. I only hope it lasts as long as our other maytag.

This machine is really too big for only 2 people. I should have purchased a smaller size. The water depth sensor does not even cover the clothes. So it’s really rough on the clothes. The way around it is to choose deep level. The time to do a load of wash is usually around an hour. My old machine only took 30 minutes. The machine spends a lot of time deciding how much water to us. I wish you could change settings, e.g. Add another rinse cycle if the clothes are still soapy because there wasn’t enough water, or add more soap, after the cycle starts. Once I wanted to end the cycle early. The machine insisted on finishing even though the clothes had been removed. So be sure everything is exactly as you want it before starting the cycle!

Love it excepting it is a little loud at points. Love the large tub. Can put my king sized comforter in with ease and feel it came out clean. Would recommend.

Awesome washer big capacity. We really like it ! Heavy duty and and large capacity. My whole family will love and enjoy it.

Have had in use for approximately 6 months. Does a great job cleaning. Be sure to level front to back and side to side after install! It'll vibrate if you don't!

Clothing gets stuck in bottom of tub, the agitator was replaced. It does a good job but problems with the agitator

Absolutely love this washer. I will never go back to a front load. My clothes smell great and are clean. Love deep fill option. Water bill is higher with this but worth it for clean clothes.

Good quality and easy enough to use, the sensors do most of the work. Should be careful though, it is a smaller washer and overloading can be an issue.

This washer does a great job of getting the clothes washed, but it has a load sensor, and the machine takes about 3 to 5 minutes of just doing nothing before it starts moving to sense the load size. So if it says the wash is going to take 1 hour, it actually takes longer than that as it takes some time before it even starts! Very odd and not sure if this is an issue just with my particular machine, or with these machines in general.

So, this is the biggest washer I could find that has a FULL agitator in it. I refused to buy one without one, so this was the choice pick. Gets the clothes clean and my family is happy with it.

excellent with 1/2 dozen washes thus far. washed quilt and was happily surprised how well, clean n dry it came out

This machine worked great for 4 months, then the see-through plastic lid broke at the hinge. The lid will not lock, so the machine will not run. I filed a warranty claim and was told that lids are "cosmetic" and therefore not covered by the warranty! I tried to order a replacement lid, but they are out of stock, and apparently out of production. I can now junk this $800 machine and buy an LG. DO NOT buy a Maytag with a plastic lid!
