Good washer overall. It did break within the first year but Maytag fixed. It would not drain the water. Maytag warranty came through. It is somewhat loud but it's located in the other side of the house so no bother. I like the option of filling the tub with water and soaking for some time. Overall, satisfied with the purchase.

Great washer, bought there set after being tired of using our local apartment complex laundromat. Washes very good, and has a self cleaning dial.

Loud start up. But we like the Agitator really cleans better than our last front loader.

I am a long time Maytag user and when my 15 year old washer began to make noise and shake I was actually scared to get a new washer because all the reviews tell about how bad the new washers and dryers are. The reviews could not have been more wrong. I lo e my new washer and all of the options it comes with. Thank you Best Buy and Maytag for once again hitting it out of the park.

After using 2 front load washers, this was the washer I've been searching for. No more moldy rubber gaskets. Cleans clothes just as good if not better. Great price and 10yr warranty.

The unit contains an agitator, so that was the firts real sell for me. The color is a nice change from basic appliance white us 80s kids remember. The unit contains more bells & whistles than my previous washer and it is a change we have come to enjoy. The unit takes a bit more time to wash, and the clothes don't seem to have the same sparkle as before. I enjoy the quiet the machine emits as the clothes wash. It is a prettier washer than before, but my wife is convinced is doesn't wash as well.

Can get lots of clothes in washer. Great settings. Affresh mode to keep clean. Have had 1 year no issues. First washer I have ever bought, could not be happier

The washer works great and came at good price. Chose this one because it has an agitator. It's a little louder than our last LG, but not a big deal.

I have only owned this machine for a few months but it has been reliable. It is a little noisy but I don’t know if it’s any louder than any other machine. It has several settings. I like the rapid wash which only takes 35 minutes. I also like the oxyclean cycle which takes an hour but really gets your whites white.

I love the way it cleans and how my clothes smell so fresh . It’s got different buttons for different options and it’s so quiet when in use and sturdy.

Amazing washer. Had a Samsung for 2 years maytag is the only brand I trust. Tried others brands but they are not reliable. Deep fill is the way to wash and have really clean clothes.

I have really enjoyed using my new Maytag washer! I have a lot more room for bigger loads. There are more choices of types of washing I would prefer. So far so good!!!!

Washer cleans well but is making noise now. Only had it 3 weeks. Could be something simple.
