It’s always difficult to adjust to new and different procedures. I love the big, stainless drum. I don’t like that if I’ve forgotten an item, I can’t open the lid without emptying all the water, such a waste! So far the clothes seem clean, although it’s winter so I haven’t washed anything extremely dirty yet. That will come with spring!

The washer is very efficient and very good on cleaning clothes. The washer was on sale and the salesperson was very nice.

Great for large loads and has auto sensing to save energy

So, I hate these "high-efficiency" washers as they always clean my things lousy and leave residues and weird smells, while breaking in a matter of months. I set out to purchase my third washer in the past two years, maybe even less that would last me and do a good job. This washer seemed to rate the highest while it out performs others, cleaning great, having a center spindle (yes it matters), and the price was not as bad as buying a new washer every six months adds up. The center spindle is super important as no other washer has performed as well that has been without, and they leak when they do not have them, while this washer has one, cleans better, and does not leak, not one bit!! Yay. Finally, the most important piece of the review, I can fit a whole darn queen sized comforter in the washer, clean it properly, not break my washer, and not have a crappy washed comforter after. Everything gets cleaned properly with the right settings , of course because I read the manual, it’s important.

This is a great looking machine that has far more technology than older ones. I like the see through top plus the dial and touch control panel. Features that I like the most are digital timer, auto sensing water level, sanitize setting, clean washer setting, delay start, and audio notifications. Also, most preset settings can be customized allowing you to change temperature, soil level, and spin speed.

So happy to have an agitator in an HE washer. Maytag makes great products. Cloths are clean. Happy with our purchase.

Works great, large capacity. Replaced with same brand because I never had a repair problem during its 15 year life.

The washer fit perfectly in a small space and works great

Maytag - 4.7 Cu. Ft. 11-Cycle Top-Loading Washer does its job. Still not used to the change of new models NOT filling up basin with water. I gave it 4 stars because of the loud noise from the cellar I can hear it when it changes from hot to cold water constantly during wash cycle to keep temperature accurate.

works as advertised, having a agitator really makes a difference on getting laundry clean.

It cleans better than our expensive Samsung washer which we got rid of for this. We made the right decision!

Love this washer and holds a lot and locks the lid and has a lot of different settings love it

Have only had washer for a few weeks, but appears to do a decent job and can handle large loads. Have had problems with START button about 50% of time. Machine does not lock and start wash cycle. Must try numerous times & can't identify problem.
