Okay washer but not what I needed

(Construction/drywall clothes). I was informed the deep wash cycle would allow me to have that. That was incorrect, it is a high efficiency, low water cycle even with the deep fill on. Waiting for covid-19 to be over so that I can hopefully still exchange for a different washer. This does not meet my needs at all. Very disappointed, more so in the sales rep for informing me it has features it does not have.

Nice washing machine
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This Maytag washing machine is a very good machine however I wish I could manually set the water levels on it and not have it to sensor my wash load! Also if you use too much detergent I found that it leaves soap residue on your clothes, other than that, it's a pretty good machine!

HE machines take some getting used to

It is certainly different than older machines, but so far has done the job okay, and I like the features of the Maytag. It is easy to add an extra rinse. It just takes a long time - over an hour per load.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So far so good, it took awhile to get used to the auto sense wash level, and it takes a lot longer to wash than an old-school washer (we had a top load agitator that was about 15 years old). BUT the dryer is much faster, so it all evens out in the end.
