    I like this washer not only because it is a top loader but you can adjust the water levels and it can handle a queen side comfort . However, I don't believe it cleans the laundry as well as the older top loaders.

    I really like this washer and it gets clothes clean the first time. I was surprised to see that the load was unbalanced and the washer quit washing until I fixed the problem, which is great! It is very easy to use. My only con is that it can be a little loud. I would buy this again and recommend to a friend.

    I’ve had this washing machine for 6 months and so far it does a good job getting clothes clean. It’s not too noisy (not sure if there’s truly any such thing as a quiet washer). I guess I’ll wait and see how but long it lasts.

    Great washer/dryer set. Only cimplaint is that you have to be patient while holding down the start button; which inevitably leads to a kid thinking they started the laundry when it didn’t start yet.

    Had a problem trying to call and chat online, no one available for days. Signed up online and finally found a number where a service agent answered. I was pleasantly surprised that my New major appliance will be exchanged for a new one. Whew ! That was a load off my mind. Thank you.
