Definitely the right choice. Good washer for the money

Thus far this has been a good purchase. Washer is not as noisy as some have said and works well. Only note is that now a load takes 50 minutes when old washer did it in about 25. I have had product for 3 weeks.

We like the glass cover so we can see what's happening. With all of the controls, it sings a song when you set it! We've only used it for a couple of weeks and it works well.

All working well but Don’t like Government Efficiency Standards - don’t like fact you can’t set water levels as I guess it is something mandated by Government that sensors limit amount of water you can use

Quiet washer, easy to use, love the extra features!

It's quiet, if, and just works. What's not to like?

Had to replace Samsung recalled washer. Didn't like it anyway!!! Clothes just didn't seem clean. Chose the Maytag because of the agitator feature. Also has a "deep fill" option, which I choose every load. The others just do not clean my laundry. I'm surprised most washers do not have the agitator. Big mistake by designers!!!

Large capacity, deep fill, but the deepest fill still leaves about 3-4 inches of unfilled space. The water sensing is horrible, the water does not even cover a small load, the dry clothes are just moving back and forth. On top of that. The washer was delivered with a dents every where. I am still awaiting the call from Best Buy for the exchange. Very disappointed, I waited so long for THIS

Worked for 2 washes and then stopped working. Called Maytag because Best Buy not open yet. They said yeah its broke and will send out a repairman. After already taking off from work I said no thanks. I went back to Best Buy after they opened and agreed to replace it. But I would have to meet them on their delivery schedule. Bummer. No sympathy from Best Buy. My son bailed me out and met Best Buy for the delivery. BTW. NO I would not buy this product again. I only kept it because i bought a 5 year warranty. Yes I like to by American but Maytag washer broke after two washes. I had Maytag for my previous washer. Anyway would not recommend this product. BTW, I would not recommend this washer to someone who is not my friend.

I don’t like that you can’t start the washer without the lid closed. Simple things like rinsing out the detergent cup cannot be done. The washer is also extremely loud.

Stephanie has handled major purchases for us personally twice in the past 6 months and has been both professional and personable. She has the ability and experience to straighten out problems when they crop up to the customers' benefit. More Best Buy employees should be like her.

It has the deep fill feature, but I'd like to be able to add even more water. The deep fill doesn't fill it to the top like the next model would. The clothes seem to be clean though.

This washer doesn't have all the bells and whistles of some but it means there's less that can go wrong. It has the agitator we have come to rely on and an option to deep fill if needed. It worked flawlessly since install and does everything we could want in a way we can understand after 40 years of washing clothes.

I purchased this in January. I’m now waiting for my 4th service call. Just pass the 6 month mark. They have ordered a number of major parts. Maytag is under Whirlpool and refuse to return and replace the item. I would not recommend this item. I had had the Bravo washer which is several steps up from this one in size. I never had a problem with it. Moving into an apartment I bought the smaller model but basically the same machine. I’m extremely disappointed in my current model.

I bought this washer 18 months ago and it is already broken. I honestly loved it till it died. We got the protection plan and they came out and looked at it and said that they needed to order a part. So they put in the order but apparently the warranty doesn’t cover whatever part it was that we need and they have been giving us the run around for weeks! It has been so frustrating to not have a washer for over a month!

Had this washer for 1.5 months. Trying to get used to low water level. Other than that a great machine. I do miss my kenmore though, as it had more options: like whites only, hand wash etc.

The washer appears to be an excellent washer. I was a little concern the fact that it is a water saver and while washing, I was concerned that there was not enough water in the washer and would the agitator ruin the clothes, towels, bedding, etc. So far, everything is clean and no problems.

Love this washer, it’s huge and does the job. It can fit a big load and makes everything clean. It rinses great so the clothes are not soaking when it’s time for the dryer.

I really enjoy my washer but it was smaller than I expected once it was delivered. My dryer towers over it. It does a great job washing but it a bit too loud when the wash cycle begins.

My main concern is that it lasts longer than 3 years before breaking down! Last washing machine, Whirlpool Cabrio, needed repairs after 3 years. Even after having 2 parts replaced, it did not work.
