It looks and works great. However, it’s the new HE washing system that I have hesitation about. I’m used to a lot of water. Time will tell

We bought this 3 months ago when our old Samsung died after 10 years. That was front loaded. This one is good old top loaded. Like the black transparent cover. ( That probably cost extra $50 )..nonetheelss worked good

Only had it a month and haven't had any complaints I've read other reviews where they said it was loud I haven't had this problem yet so far so good

Overall perfect for big to small loads. Washes stains out well usually in one wash. Does catch at bottom with 1-2 wash items only. Love it overall!

The washer is as advertised. Cleans well and is very quiet. The reason I gave it a 4 rather than 5 is that there is no "soak" cycle available.

Didn't give 5 stars because it came with a dent. Yes, Best Buy compensated us $70 but I'd prefer not to buy a new, damaged washer.

We bought this washer specifically because it has an agitator. Our previous washer didn't and kept unbalancing which was really frustrating. This washer has been a dream since we got it.

Heard bad things about HE washers and didn't realize we had picked one out. I now like it and think it does a great job. I like the variety of cycles plus I can reach the bottom of the basin where some models were too deep for me.

We love this washers features and functions but we purposely picked it for the agitator that for lack of a better word doesn't agitate very well. Now I will say very few washers wash well these days but we figured this would due to having the "old school" agitator feature. But often we pull things out and there are surfaces that aren't even wet.

....but the poor attitude of one Best Buy Associate Employee when I arrived to make the purchase left much to be desired, since bigotry has no place in business. Also, the item was delivered as scheduled, but it was not connected by the delivery persons as previously stated, so my family member made the connections himself to put his new Maytag Washer in operation !

It is a nice washer, but it is very noisy. There's a lots of banging and loud motor sounds.

This is one of the last washers left that "agitates" clothes so they get clean and don't just soak and stay folded.

This is the only brand I buy as is the only one that last a long time and does the best job. Is perfect for us family of six. It can take daily punishment!! We wash clothes every day!!

So far we are very happy with her machine. Has lots of bells and whistle’s at a good price. Always happy with the Best Buy prices. So far we are very pleased with our new machine.

our old Maytag suds saver wore out after about 40 good years, and this model struck me as the best price-to-performant (ratio) replacement around. we had it delivered and installed by best buy. seems like a wise investment.

Almost 6 months and so far it has been working good. Replaced an old washing machine that took forever to wash and water was not so efficient. This is commercial grade, or so it says.

This is the worst machine I have ever owned. It never uses enough water, even with deepfill on and bedding selection (supposed to have more water than other selections). It leaves detergent all over the clothes and they come up looking dirtier than when I started. What a waste of money. And the matching dryer almost never gets things dry the first time on auto-sensing. The only way to get it to work is to put the dryer setting higher than what is recommended for the clothes, or to run auto-sensing, then figure out how much more additional time is needed after that cycle completes and then run a timed dry. Running the auto sensing cycle another 2 times doesn't even get them dry. Ridiculous.

This was a great purchase for us. We are a family of 3 and upgraded from a much smaller washer to this one. No issues washing all of our clothes now. It is relatively quiet and has washed the clothes very well.

Love this machine. I was able to wash all of the bed clothes at once without separating... We do a lot of different types of laundry and it is nice to use all of the different wash loads and wash cycles when needed.
