Bought the used floor model. Paid the extra $60 for the extended warranty. Broke down after 3 weeks. Called the warranty # and 3 days later and a new replacement installed. 1 signature and 0 hassles!

This is the worst washer ever! Within the first year the whole electric panel went out, I had wet clothes and water still in the tub stuck on my washer. The deep fill cycle is a joke. They’ve changed the sensor twice. The only way to get it to fill was on bedding cycle which took almost 2 hours to wash. When the washer is completely empty the tub fills all the way up with water, like a deep cycle should and but when the tub has a full load it fills with with 1 inch of water on power wash!! I had horrible service with the third party company A&E repair. The technician was lazy ordered unnecessary parts, I told him the transmission works completely fine as you can tell, it’s the agitator that was not tight and secure. When he came to diagnose he never once thought to check the bolt holding the agitator on. Comes back 3 weeks later and he says it's a stripped bolt!! If he would've done his job he would have noticed it 3 weeks prior when he first came out and I would not gave gas to wait! Washed 2 small loads then did a large load and it was completely loose and useless again! If he would've properly diagnosed we would not have had this issue drag out for this long. Good thing about Bestbuys extended warranty is they are going to refund for me to get another washer, it for sure won't be a maytag. They just do not make appliances like they use to back in the day!

Considering this brand is suppose to be the best I've had several unfortunate experiences with Maytag both washer and dryer. These issues have come up in less than 3 months of purchase .The vent on the inside of the dry gets burnt or tarnished. Apparently this is normal based on the service repair individual that came out to check it out. To the general public it looks like it might catch on fire due to the degree it changes color. Purchased a top load washer and the grooves on the inside of the tub will catch cloths, blankets, sheets once the items are caught you will need to tear the material in order to remove it from the grooves. Really unhappy with these products. Very expensive and not dependable. One more problem, called to get service to repair and my hold time was over 20 minutes, I can only surmise that several service calls are coming in due to hold, wait time.

Has been working great but has been eating baby socks had to get washer net bag to stop losing socks

This washer is great does everything and the clothes come out very clean. one of the things I love a lot is the timer so you know just how much time you have on your load.

Maytag washer is absolutely awesome, washed amazing and easy functionality, great product.

Been using it for 6 mo., cycles are long, clothes are clean. Sturdy machine.

washing machine works really well. small load or huge it balances it out and sets the proper levels of water and cleans good. always is balanced when spin cycle starts so no out of balance hopping

Went back to Maytag for washer with the agitator. Happy washing clothes smell good again. Never a front loader again.

I love that it still has a agitator. It washes really well. Good choice

Spin cycle isnt strong enough.....also clothes come out warm even from cold water wash.

Amazing washing machine. When we did our first load of wash we watched it through the glass top like a movie! What an awesome upgrade

The Maytag set together is really nice. Middle of the road price range gets you less cycles on the washer and dryer, that seems to be about it.

A little hard on clothes in the water saving mode. We use the deep setting then not s hard on towels,etc.

We finally went with a Maytag washer after years of Kenmores. They were OK and I was always able to get parts but we're hoping this will be as good as promised.

needed a new washer and after much research decided on this one. Not too complicated and does a great job!!!

Our fancy red LG died. Never liked it. This Maytag is different, not fancy, but it does a fantastic job with the laundry. No smelly water residue and super efficient.

Takes a learning curve. Electronic washer is not easy to maintain the water level desired

It's a great washing machine but it does make a weird noise whenever it switches directions I'm guessing.
