I like the fact that you can change the water load and it still has the agitator. My husband likes the see through lid and that I do the laundry. HA!

I had a front loader before and hated it, but I love this washer! It's big enough to fit king size bedding and lots of clothes!

I chose this agitator model because I like the way my close get clean. The spin mode is unbelievable, close are practically spun dry. All cycles have low water so I choose Deep Fill for all my washes.

We needed a counter depth refrigerator to fit our specific space. The sales rep did an amazing job of listening to our needs

We went with Maytag because they are supposed to be a good American company and all of the ratings were really good on this machine. After 6 loads the machine that we received started making a sound like metal to metal. It had been past the 14 days allowed to take back to Best Buy since we had to paint the laundry room 1st. So Maytag was called and their customer service was great. They sent a repair person over to see what was going on. UNFORUNATLY for us the transmission has to be replaced which is the heart of the machine. It is under the 1 year warranty so they will replace it. But this is not a good start. I'm sure with all the positive reviews we just got a bad one. Lesson learned to have the area ready when first purchased. Don't wait to try.

Very good washer. Just a little loud at times during a cycle

My clothes are clean & smell great. Only issue I’ve had is with where you put the detergent etc. The left compartment (for softener) does not drain during the cycle. The water from the previous load spills out when you open it to add soap for the fresh load. Defective?

Replaced the broken one with this. I wish the older one would have broken sooner. This thing is geez

This washer is wonderful! We wanted a washer with an agitator and this washer meets out needs exceedingly well. We can choose water levels, spin speed, soil levels and load size. The top is glass so we can see if it has plenty of water and if it is washing good. I highly recommend this washer!!

This is the first washer I have had to buy in many years. I was not sure whether to get one with an agitator or not. So glad I did.

I had to replace a one year old Samsung that trashed out. This was a quick purchase due to need but it was the right choice for me.

Love our new washing machine. Only thing I don't like is that water stays in the tray where you put detergent in. Other than that, it's great..

The Maytag washer was a, little noisy and didn't appear to be as well made as some other looked at, primarily the LG's. The bottom of the tub was made of plastic so not sure of the long term durability even with the 10 year warranty. I opted to return it for an LG and was very pleased.

Works really well. If you like an agitator but want a large capacity washer, this is the one for you. Also fits shallow laundry rooms.
