    Agitator does not do what it did in the old days. It has taken me a little bit to figure out how to get water levels like my old machine did. This has a sensing level thing that does NOT work well. I find too many dry spots on the clothes, makes me wonder if they are getting clean.

    I purchased this washer on August 3 2017 on Sept 11 Maytag repair came to my home to diagnose a loud sound in agitation cycle. The repairman of 35 yrs stated he never heard a noise like this in a washer. He is ordering parts on a guess it might be what is wrong. I contacted Maytag about this and told it had to have 3 completed service calls before they would consider a replacement. I took a extended warranty from Bestbuy but was a week late for a return. Nobody seems to care. I will never purchase a Maytag again or purchase from Bestbuy.
