    The repair person has been out on. 4-5 different occasions and the issue still persist. Since it is no longer returnable to Best Buy I guess I will live with it.

    The washing machine has now been in use for over a year. It has had just about every kind of clothing stuffed into it and it continues to get them all clean. Love the delicate setting too for my fine fabric items. Definitely worth the money.
