    Large capacity washer. I bought a new but damaged unit. The washer did not take enough water to get the clothes thoroughly wet let alone cleaned. Once I set the cycle I could not change it, not even by powering the unit off. I had to let it run its course. It took one hour and longer just to wash a small load. The tub got off balance without cause to the point where it would shake out of its spot. I had it for three days when it started acting up so I returned it to Best Buy immediately and got a full refund.
