    We are in love with this machine. We had a newer model Kenmore Elite model (it did not have an agitator) with all the bells and whistles. This Maytag machine performs fantastically.

    I didn't research this washer before I purchased, Didn't know HE would not fill wash completely with water. was told I can use option that would, but it still doesn't fill to top. I like adding detergent or bleach when the water is filling, can't do. Clothes come out more wrinkled than old washer, even in delicate or wrinkle control option--prepare to iron. Washer locks up once you start it. Try to look up washer's manual before you buy. Disappointed.
