I love that it has an agitator yet is still HE. My ONLY COMPLAINT is even on low slow spin it WRINKLES clothes. It does not seem to have a slow enough spin to take clothes out and hang them and not put them in the dryer. I love that I can adjust the spin cycle speed and the wash cycle speed

We do about 6 loads of laundry a week. Gets stuck in normal mode and can't start the machine. Calling for repairs already.

Always loved Maytag but very disappointed in this one. Hardly puts any water in the tub when washing. I do not like to use HE detergent. Have to use the bedding and power fill buttons to get enough water in it to go over the clothes. Had a Maytag before for 25 years and loved it. I'm from the old school. A lot of the time "new and improved" is not better.

There is never enough water. It is obnoxiously loud. It sounds like it might break off of whatever brackets hold the bowl in place. Worst purchase I could have ever made.
