Absolutely love my new Maytag washing machine. It is slick and washing perfectly. I feel so confident having purchased a Maytag. I have owned Maytags for at least 12 years and will own nothing but a Maytag.

Perfect Fit replacement for my old washer. Quality features make it easy to use

I purchased this washer and dryer set in 2022 to replace my previous Samsung touchscreen models, which lasted a solid 10 years. Since Samsung no longer offered touchscreen replacements at the time, I chose this brand based on its reputation from my childhood. Unfortunately, that decision turned out to be a major disappointment. Fast forward barely three years, and both units have failed. The washer stopped draining properly just six months after the manufacturer’s two-year warranty expired—regrettably, I had to purchase an extended warranty for over $300. Now, the dryer has quit heating, and I’m being asked to shell out another $300+ to fix it. I’ve had enough. I’ve moved on and bought the new Samsung Bespoke touchscreen models. What’s frustrating is that these faulty units cost more now than they did in 2022. For the price, I expected far better reliability. Very disappointing. Also, the models look very generic. Even the samsung touch screens from now 15 years ago look more modern than these, much less the new bespoke line.

Easy to use, Easy settings haven't had any issue with this washer so far.

Was able to pickup washer within a few hours of placing order. Other stores were required to order it and wait +5 days before I could pick it up. Pickup was simple. Washer was free of any damage and has worked flawlessly. Couldn’t be happier with purchase

It has an excellent wash and load capacity. The controls are easy to use, which minimizes any guessing. Only negative aspect is that the volume only goes to level 2 for when your cycle is completed. You can’t hear it especially on a different level of the house.

Had to be returned because it wasn’t spinning the water out. The replacement item is working now.

Well built/solid. Many washing cycles from delicate/towels (48 at the same time capacity)/heavy dirt/sanitize, etc. Each cycle has the added stain removal feature. Runs very quietly! And, made in America.

We just received this today. Geek squad installed and performed first quick wash cycle. Appears easy to use. We will see about longevity, but is a Maytag. Our last washer/dryer set lasted more than 15 years and are actually still running today. We just wanted an upgrade for our new home.

Love my new washer. Had a maytag previously for over 15 years, and wanted to upgrade to the newest technology. Does an amazing job and with so many options, i am able to cut down on the time I spend doing laundry. Also - install team was amazing.

This was actually my second washer from Maytag. We bought the first one was only two months old when we sold our home. The new home owners insisted on purchasing our washer and dryer. And paid full retail. That tells me the quality of Maytag.

The Maytag washer had been great! It has greater capacity than my old front loader so I can wash more at a time and a large comforter I used to take to a commercial laundry. Everything is working well and hopefully for many more years.

is a nice front load, menu a little complicated. it does not spin well on delicate.

This may tag commercial Great washing machine is the best. Extra Large capacity can hold 4 plus quilts and clean them without any problems.

Washer is pretty good. I had the older versions and just upgraded. I will say I did like the actual buttons on the older models a little better because if I need to reach over and grab something my shirt can change a setting. And I do have some trouble with the door making sure it’s closed tight enough... no I am not overloading it lol

I love this washer! It comes with a lot of different options and I love that it weighs the amount of clothes inside so it doesn’t waste a lot of water. I am just not sure how to connect it to the app.
