0 stars broke after 3 months Maytag sold to whirlpool and does not allow best buy to service their appliances under factory warranty. Whirlpool contracts out their warranty service work to a company ARS appliance. I took a Monday off of work so I could be home for the technician; they canceled the day of and rescheduled for Tuesday between 11am and 2pm. Took Tuesday off from work to meet technician only for them to cancel again and reschedule for Friday with no time frame In mind.

Must better than the LG garbage we had that only last 6 years before the bearings went out.

Works great so far! Quiet and easy to use, I will review again after I have had it for more time.

Originally purchased the Maytag Neptune in 1998 when they first came out. Had to buy another washer which lasted only 7 years *Whirlpool Cabrio). We still have the Maytag gas dryer 22 yeras old. This one will probably last just as long. Maytag is the best.

Very pleased. Cloth come out very clean. Much better than our last machine which was only 2 years old.

Seems to wash clothes just like the 18 year old Maytag it replaced did. Steep learning curve to the controls / cycles compared to the last Maytag front loader we had. I just want to wash clothes in cold water... don't need all of the other cycle choices afforded by this machine, but your mileage may vary.

Washer works great.. Very fast, quiet... Just wish the finished alarm could be set a little louder.

I love the sturdiness and quality of this versus the other brands. Huge improvement.

So far I love my new washer, plenty of room for our king size blankets

I wish there was a way to test washers in the store prior to purchase. I am not very tall (about 5'2") and I have trouble getting all of the clothes out of this washer! Not only do they stick to the sides, but the washer is very deep. Since it is not a top loader, when I open the door, there is not much light inside. If I miss a piece of clothing because it was stuck to the drum and I wash the next load with bleach....well....you get it! I might have to invest in a pedestal and some type of portable lighting.

So far it's a great washer .stainless steel drum. Love the cycles. And it cleaned the clothes .

does what i want it to do and it does it quietly. Can not hear it run

Wasn't sure about buying a front load until now. Now I'm in love with it. So far no issues & has been easy to learn.

So far so good this is replacing a defective washer same manufacture different model

Results are over-all much better. Plus all cycles are a lot quieter than our old agitator style top loading Maytag.
