Great washer will let you know when needs to be cleaned out which is a good thing. It has different codes to know read pamphlet

Less wear and tear on clothes. Surprised on the number of sensors that are used to wash a load of clothes. Would have preferred the use of more water during wash and less time for some cycles.

This is our 3rd front loading washer over the past 15 years. We did tons of research and although it wasn’t always the highest rated, we loved the feature set on this Maytag since it was exactly what we were looking for. We love the sanitize cycle, the 15 minute quick wash, the power boost, the add a garment feature, and how dry everything is coming out of the spin cycle. The display is easy to read and controls are intuitive. We’re glad we trusted our gut and bought this one. Our only complaint so far is the offgassing odor from the door seal. It’s pretty strong, but wore off over the first two to three weeks.

I have 2 Maytags at two different houses. I would not recommend any others. Their quality is the best!!

Installed by their “genius” technicians. They were late because of a truck breakdown. They appeared to be stressed and angry because of their truck issues. I had a pedestal from my previous Maytag washer, but they refused to use it. They wouldn’t give me 2 minutes to clean the floor where the previous washer had sat after it was moved. Instead they spilled water all over into the dust and made a mess which they promptly covered up with the new washer. They set it on top of a hanger making it not level. No warranty information left with me, and no information on how to start the washer. I should have purchased from an appliance specialist. I only bought a new one because my old Maytag needed repair, but with covid I wanted to limit my exposure to people. I had to hire an appliance technician to come in and set my washer on top of my Maytag pedestal and make sure it was level. Then show me how this one functions, as it’s very different from my 2012 model. If only there was the normal paperwork that comes with any other washer......in future I’ll stick with an actual appliance center for those needs.

Takes a little longer than my top load but can now do comforters easily. Just have to remember my old dryer doesn’t hold as much as the new washer. Love that it’s American made.

I am impressed with the steam feature. This Maytag washer operates effortlessly and I barely realize that it is washing. this efficiency and quality is worth the purchase price.

This Maytag replaced a GE. The Maytag gets clothes much cleaner using less soap than the GE washer. So far, i love my new washer.

I loved this machine so much that I went back and purchased the matching dryer a couple of weeks later. These appliances are very well made. Easy to use.

Nice features and seemed good to start. The matching dryer was messed up upon delivery and we had to get a second one. Obviously I’d be happier if the machines actually worked longer before breaking though. At just over 90 days old it has quit spinning. Machine will only click, spinning died in the middle of a load. Ran diagnostics, all pass except for spinning. Waiting on Maytag to reply, I have the 5 year Best Buy warranty but they will not touch it in the first year. Even if they would right now they are not repairing anything, no matter what it is. Glad this was not my refrigerator! Disappointing in that both washer and dryer have had problems so fast. I truly expected better.

Another great Maytag product. Never any issues with these machines. A large 4.8 capacity and great color. Scratches will show will the metallic slate.

This has been a really nice upgrage to our 20 year old washing machine. It's pretty straightforward and has useful features.

Seems good so far. We’ve had it installed for about a month and no problems with it. It’s quiet, seems to use very little water and gets our clothes clean. It’s got a ton of different modes that we haven’t really explored just use the basic clean cycles. It’s also a very good efficient use of space compared to other washers. we needed one that had very tight door swing and this one was the smallest need for space despite the fact it’s a very large washing machine

Love my new washer&dryer stacked set my children purchased them for me. They work wonderfully and clothes look like someone pressed them AWESOME!!!

Fairly simple to use ..soap bin does not fit great,have to push good to close properly,bangs loud going to spin cycle,off balance all the time , appears to have bent the side last bang cycle ,need to investigate that yet..

Nice looking washer in slate chrome. Works well and is quiet. Unit is very heavy making installing pedestal difficult. Should have paid to have it installed!!
