I like the temperature control and spin speed control flexibility. I hate that Best Buy forces you to buy new hoses if they do the installation. My old hoses were just fine. This is an up-sell scam that pollutes the environment.

Maytag 4.8 Cu.ft.12-cycle High Efficien Front Load

We have had this white washing machine for 2 months now and it seems to be working just fine. However the model we saw in the store "the seal ring had a bigger gap" which makes it easy to clean but the washing machine we received has the "older style ring" which is harder to keep clean. The delivery personnel did an excellent job. Thank you!

Whirlpool contracts out their warranty service work to a company ARS appliance. I took a Monday off of work so I could be home for the technician; they canceled the day of and rescheduled for Tuesday between 11am and 2pm. Took Tuesday off from work to meet technician only for them to cancel again and reschedule for Friday with no time frame In mind.

Great washer; flimsy hoses

I had a code of LO FLO which meant lo flow b/c the delicate water hose was crimped when the washer was pushed into place. The hoses are too flimsy and I'm replacing them with braided hoses.. Otherwise the washer is great.
