Purchased new energy efficient front loader washer. I like the new drum which has larger curved holes in it. Hoping this will stop the snags I was getting in my polo shirts from the old Maytag. Have had a few times when washing a medium size load of towels or bedding and the washer rocks violently due to being out of balance. Not excited about that. We're careful to place the laundry in evenly in the drum.

We have owned this unit for 2 years and it quit working last week. Unit only has a 1 yr warranty on parts & labor, after first year only the motor and drum is covered. Read the fine print on the 10 yr claim. Unit quit powering up on us, some buttons on the keypad work so it is getting power, plus a lot of unbalance issues since we got it. Anyway I called Maytag and it will be 2 weeks before they can get out and it will cost us $90 to diagnose plus parts, non-warranty they told me. Seriously thinking about getting another washer from a different brand. This was supposed to be a work horse, we are a household of 4. Not impressed and feel i'm out at least $800-$1000.

Very easy to use to Load and on loading easy to work

All washers have a water pump at bottom. The output. Outlet has a screen for collection of misc... Need to clean or check every 6 months ( depending on family or a single person) so it doesn’t Stop working or leaking, be easy with o ring that’s the seal. Otherwise your in good shape

The new Maytag front load washer and dryer set is working fantastic. The Best Buy team came and hooked up our new set and it’s been working great. I would recommend this product to everybody, as well as the Best Buy team to hook it up.

Very happy with this washing machine. Purchased for our family vacation home and it gets a lot of use by 3 families. Many different options for every type of wash. Quick wash cycle is great and only takes 15 minutes.

maytag is still making a good washer.clothes come out very clean,and spun out good.we had a old kenmore,this machine was alot better,a pleasent surprise.would recommend highly

We’re not happy with this product. It often stops in the middle of a wash cycle. It can’t handle large or small loads. It will start thumping during the spin cycle with three towels.

The first washer delivered didn't work. It was immediately replaced. This washer after 5 wks has not failed us yet. I have yet to see the Maytag motto come to life after 6-12 months use. Actually it's too soon to tell, it's a washing machine of heavens sake.
