This washer runs very quietly and and is very durable.

i like the color , style, and proformance and very quiet

We have owned this unit for 2 years and it quit working last week. Unit only has a 1 yr warranty on parts & labor, after first year only the motor and drum is covered. Read the fine print on the 10 yr claim. Unit quit powering up on us, some buttons on the keypad work so it is getting power, plus a lot of unbalance issues since we got it. Anyway I called Maytag and it will be 2 weeks before they can get out and it will cost us $90 to diagnose plus parts, non-warranty they told me. Seriously thinking about getting another washer from a different brand. This was supposed to be a work horse, we are a household of 4. Not impressed and feel i'm out at least $800-$1000.

STILL LEARNING HOW TO USE THIS. MORE OPTIONS THAN MY PRIOR WASHER. THIS WASHER IS MUCH LARGER AND I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO WASHING BEDDING AND RUGS. THE DEPTH OF THIS WASHER IS GREATER THAN MY PRIOR WASHER THAT I DIDN'T TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION.

Love our new washer. It's been treating us good. Not the dryer though. We are in the process of having someone to look at our dryer.

All washers have a water pump at bottom. The output. Outlet has a screen for collection of misc... Need to clean or check every 6 months ( depending on family or a single person) so it doesn’t Stop working or leaking, be easy with o ring that’s the seal. Otherwise your in good shape

Very happy with this washing machine. Purchased for our family vacation home and it gets a lot of use by 3 families. Many different options for every type of wash. Quick wash cycle is great and only takes 15 minutes.

The new Maytag front load washer and dryer set is working fantastic. The Best Buy team came and hooked up our new set and it’s been working great. I would recommend this product to everybody, as well as the Best Buy team to hook it up.

The first washer delivered didn't work. It was immediately replaced. This washer after 5 wks has not failed us yet. I have yet to see the Maytag motto come to life after 6-12 months use. Actually it's too soon to tell, it's a washing machine of heavens sake.

maytag is still making a good washer.clothes come out very clean,and spun out good.we had a old kenmore,this machine was alot better,a pleasent surprise.would recommend highly

Nice machine with many cycle choices. Gets the job done.

Purchase was easy and signing up for the % program. Delivery came as they advised and I would buy again from them. The only thing is it is sqeecking when it spins. We will call Best Buy Geek Squad to see if it can be identified and stopped sqeeking.

Solid washing machine with useful features such as fresh hold. After doing some research this machine caught my eye. Very happy thus far with my purchase! *Made in USA is a plus.

I’ve only had this about a month so far, but am liking it. My coworker and her parents Both have the same one and love it. Seems to work well so far, only downside I can think of is that it makes a pretty high pitched noise when spinning towards the end of a wash cycle.

Like the multiple features.. Easy to use so many options. My first frontload machine so I am still adjusting but quite happy with the results. Will probably end up ordering the risers for both the washer and the dryer as I am old and not as agile as I used to be.
