If this washing machine did a better job of spinning the water from the wet laundry, I would rate it a 5.

Lived up to all expectations! If you purchased the matching dryer include the steam cleaner adapter, its not to expensive and i will steam your clothes and they dry. Very happy

This thing is great!!!!! What used to take 2 loads is now one!!! I swear if you had a time crunch you could wash yourself in your clothes with room to spare!! The load doesn't fit in our dryer!!!! It is faster than our old washer and if you leave the door open the seal dryers so much better than our last one. Clothes are super clean!!!!

This washer works great. Quiet and takes much load.

Build quility is not as nice as the older version. Controls are angled up. Not good if you plan to stack. The touch controls are annoying. You have to hold for several seconts to power on, wait, the hold several seconts to start. Fingers arent always recognized right away. Display is harder to read than the old model, both interms of color and brightness and the layout. Many fields are represented by dashes. The detergent drawer and door have a very cheap plasticy feel, more like a toy than a $1000 appliance. Its noisy. Compared to the older model it replaced it makes considerably more noise all around from the water actuator, drain pump, door lock and motor. We now close the door to the laundry room which we never used to. The old model lasted me just over 10 years before an electrical storm fried the MCU and some other parts, but loved that old washer so we came back for the newer version. No functional issues, but were pretty disappointed with the lower quality higher price and poorly thought design so far.

I really like the washer, it is easy to use and very quiet

This washer is amazing. It cleans very well, it never gets out of balance and the interface is super easy to read and use. I considered the Samsung and LG models but either the controls weren't illuminated (LG) or the unit felt cheap (Samsung). This washer is solid, strong and something I enjoy using.

I'm happy with the Maytag washer I chose to purchase. It is quiet & I think the drum is larger than I thought so I can wash more clothes at one time. Always a plus

My Maytag washer is performing beyond expectation. The delivery went fine. My friend helped me moved my Maytag dryer so your delivery guys can move and connect the washer.

What you need to know. You cant open the door if a laundry basket is in front of it. You need to press the "on" button for 3 seconds for the machine to start. This may annoy you. If the dryer is stacked on top of the washer, you need to be 6 foot to reach the dryer buttons. It washes the clothes well. Not as loud as I thought it was going to be. Been around louder washers.

Very simple operation - just tell it the kind of items you are washing and it does all the rest of the work other than adding detergent

Washes so much better than my last washer. Has so many options to wash your clothes just the way you want.

This is one of the worst washers I have ever purchased. I bought a 2017 Maytag washer and it had several issues with the control board, the cycles, and the pump filter. I purchased this one in May 2025 thinking they had improved… they haven’t. The 2017 model had the pump filter without an access door. You had to remove the entire back panel to access it. If you have a stackable washer and dryer, this is a nightmare. Although once you remove the back panel, you could at least get to it because the pump filter is facing backwards. With this new 2025 model, it’s even worse. Not only does it not have an access door for the pump filter but when you remove the back panel, the pump filter is now all the way in the front AND facing the front. It is terrible design! You cannot get to it at all unless you take apart the entire washer. On top of that, the drain and spin cycle leaves water inside the washer; it rarely completely drains. I will never buy Maytag again.

This is a fabulous washer. We've had it a few weeks but we're still learning about all the things that it does. We purchased the stands and love the fact that we don't have to bend over to take everything out of the washer.

Maytag is one of my go-to brands for washer and dryer. This new washer is no exception with well-built and thoughtful features without bell and whistle that will last for many years. The machine has been working flawlessly and quietly since the first day. Highly recommended.

Nice people. I certainly understand that this is a challenging time but you have one of the worst phone systems. I have called there 3 or 4 different times and it takes 20 to 30 minutes to just get someone... then put on hold...then sometimes cut off..start all over again. Last week I had to got drive to the store just to arrange a pick up for a defective item. The measurements for the unit was INCORRECT on line... How hard is it to have a message that says someone will call you back?
