Worked fine for the first 2 months. Last week, washer started with "sd" message on two consequtive washes and ended up with "F9"/"E1" error message on the third wash. Both washes with "sd" message resulted in water leaks at the bottom of the washer at the end of the cycle. Tried a clean washer cycle as instruction booklet said but ended up with "sd" again. Was able to clear the message but problem hasn't gone away. Something not right with drain and possibly the electronics has gone awry. Since it is under warranty, waiting for tech to show up. Three weeks wait for the tech visit. Really dissatisfied with the washer failing so soon and delayed service response.

Already glitching

My buttons keep glitching out and the buttons are unnecessarily sensitive. Just to test it I stood back and took a breath to see if it would change the button and it did. I put 4 regular towels in and it turned off mid wash and wouldn’t spin. I would not buy this again and can see me having to replace it soon.
