    A terrific machine. I bought the pair and I’m enjoying both machines. They are beautiful and have amazing features that are far superior to my last machines. I highly recommend the pair.

    This product is living up to it's name as well as is comparable to the Maytag Neptune that it replaces. Other than the touch start controls it is a great addition to our laundry room.

    So far they have worked great. The only bad thing is the end of cycle bell is not very loud.

    Runs great and quiet! Cycles are quicker than our previous washer. Clothes come out clean. We’ve had about 2 months and the only thing that could improve is the pullout detergent compartment. It sticks a little on the top edge. Not a dealbreaker. Overall we’re very happy with our new washer!

    The first washer did not seem to work correctly. Best Buy made it right by delivering a new washer in 4 days. All is good now! We love Maytag and are very happy with our purchase.

    I like how the washer automatically calibrates the size of the load to help conserve water. There a multiple cycles to choose from to select the perfect match for your type of clothing.

    The washer would never spin the clothes at all. I would do a little laundry and it would be totally wet and flooded the laundry room when I took it out of the washer. I had to take wet soaking dripping clothes to my daughters house to re-wash and dry AGAIN. I was a fan of Maytag for years. Only bought because of product loyalty. Something really has gone bad with that system. I’m going to LG. Returned my Maytag washer and dryer.
