Within a few months of the manufacture warranty running out it started giving 2 different codes. We thought we were protected because we got the “extended warranty” they are no help we have been without a washer for 3 weeks now because neither Best Buy or the company they use will do anything. Buy a Samsung or something and don’t buy from Best Buy!

Already Leaking

I haven’t even had this washer for a month yet and detergent and water are leaking down the side of the machine from a panel around the drawer area. I pulled the drawer out and can’t visibly see any problems but I lose a good amount of detergent and water down the side. I’ve scheduled a service call but after paying $1k for a new washer and it’s not even been a full month I really hoping Maytag steps up and does the right thing and gives me a new machine.

Bad enough that I had to swap back to our old washer. Sorry Maytag guy your product gets a big thumbs down from us

What is going on with the delivery?

Unhappy with the communication failure between the delivery contractor used, best buy online and myself. Purchase three different appliances for three different locations. Items keep showing up at the wrong places or not at all.

Looks good in the laundry room but doesn't work

I had this 5 days and it started leaking water from the bottom of the machine. It will now take a repairperson 15 days to come and look at the NEW machine.

Maytag- A nightmare wash machine!

The first one lasted 3 years so we purchased a second one-to match the dryer and hopes for a longer lasting one- the new one hasn’t even made it a month! Every other wash load doesn’t drain fully! Samsung Washer Rusted

I had less than 5 years and the machine is rusted out around the bleach basin and completely under the metal basin. I was really disappointed that the manufacture would not even try and fix this issue for their customers. The machine also faults out every time a comforter or large loads are being washed.

Terrible from start to finish

Everything about the situation was ridiculous. Every employee i spoke with, was pleasant, nut unable to help, and each person gave me a bunch of misinformation
