Too loud.No soap dispenser. I had a 10 years old version of maytag bravo, that’s why I bought the same brand but I was very disappointed with the quality of this new one

waaaaaay more reliable the front loaders. We went to a front loading washing machine from Whirlpool bc we kept hearing about how much better they were and bought into all the hype a few years ago. After only 5 years, there was so much mold trapped on the door and lining from the poor design of the front loaders and it finally gave out on us. We decided to go back to traditional top load type and are happy with this Maytag. I've learned with all major appliances that less is more. When these companies try to get super fancy with these wifi, app connected, TV model type of features, it just breaks down that much easier. Go with this old tried and tested brand and style of washer if you want to save yourself some headaches.

Very happy with this washer. It is a high quality system that I was sold on from the sale person at Best Buy. It is very nice and does a great job washing clothes and towels. Definitely a great product that I am happy that I purchased from Best Buy. Thank you!

This is the cheapest version of Maytag. You can buy extremely loud hard to use. Did not like it all upgraded to the better one for 150 more and it was well worth it to upgrade to the better pay tag you cannot wash a king size comforter in this washer.

I have owned this now for 4 months. It replaced my 20-year-old Whirlpool. So far I have had no issues with this machine. I will say that when it changes cycles it is very loud. My laundry room is downstairs and I can hear it upstairs at the other end of the house.

Nice washing machine for the money. It does it's job and cleans the laundry but it is quite loud. Wouldn't be too bad for someone that has a dedicated laundry room but it can be quite annoying for someone like myself that doesn't have a closed off room.

Love the glass top and being able to make sure it is washing properly . Hoping it holds up to many years

I didn't want a high tech washer. I just wanted a good, dependable washer. I'm very happy with this purchase. I love the faucet feature on this model. The delivery and set up took 10 minutes.

The washing machine works great. Haven’t had a problem at all just kind of weird how it washes clothes with that agitator.

Easy to use and self explanatory! Not a fan of the start button, but it’s not a big deal.. still gets the job done!

I have trustec Maytag brand for many years, but this is a a piece of crap. I ownef this less than a year and ended up giving it away. It has a constant issue with liad balancing and stopped in the middle of the cycle. Cant stand the impeller mechanism and will not buy a top liad evet again. I have always used the front load for 50 years.

Love it! Good capacity with a good suite of controls. In spite of other comments to the contrary, I find the machine quiet to operate.
