I can fit a load that would have taken taken two or three loads. My family loves it.

I just wanted a good, dependable washer. I'm very happy with this purchase. I love the faucet feature on this model. The delivery and set up took 10 minutes.

Everything is doming our clean and well spun so my dryer is more efficient.

Quieter than my old machine. Can take a very large load with no problem. It’sonly been a couple weeks, but it seems to be a very good machine.

Washer has different sound than our former machine, but we will get used to it. Purchase was easy, except for not being made aware of additional cost of drain hose. Installation was not traumatic. All is well.

The first washer was tipped on its side to have the box removed upon arrival. I thought such was the reason for unbalanced tub. The second delivered washer is doing the same thing. Considering it’s a new product on the market, I’m guessing I’m a Guinea pig to product issues leading into future recalls.

Is the washer out of balance?
An unbalanced load causes noise, vibration, reduced spin speed, and clothes remaining wet.
Self-Correction: The washer tries to self-correct by refilling and gently rotating to redistribute the load. If it fails, an error message appears.
Manual Correction: If a significant imbalance is detected (loud noises, excessive shaking, wet clothes), you may need to redistribute the load manually.

Is the washer properly loaded?
Place clothing in loose heaps evenly around the agitator to prevent vibration.
Never overload: Clothes should be loosely added and only as high as the top row of holes in the wash basket.
Water Level: Do not add extra water. The water level is designed for the impeller and clothes to engage; too much water causes floating and reduces cleaning action.
Are heavy or large items being washed?
Check Care Label: Ensure the item is machine washable in a top-load washer.
Distribution: Distribute water-absorbent items (quilts, blankets) in a doughnut shape around the impeller.
Load Size: Do not wash a single absorbent article (e.g., one rug); wash two or three to balance the load.
Grouping: Wash similar items together. Ensure the top of the impeller is visible.
Is the washer level?
The washer must be level, with all four feet in firm contact with the floor.
Check: Rock the washer diagonally. If it rocks, it needs to be leveled.
An unlevel washer can cause loads to become unbalanced, resulting in improper spinning, excessive noise, and vibration.
