We have had great luck with Best Buy over the years buying appliances, computers and stereo equipment. A very good company with fairly priced products.

Went on line, same thing, no instructions. Do not like that I have to put soap & softner in first, then lay clothes on top of it.

Previously I had a Whirlpool and I like this Maytag much better.
